Generally, green superfood can be recommended for anybody in all situations. However, there are some diagnoses and situations when we need to be more careful about the dosage or avoid starting to consume green food altogether.

2. Excessive detox reaction which does not get better after changing the dose or length of the product

3. Autoimmune disease which gets worse when using green food

4. Stop using chlorella if you cannot consume food containing fibre (Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis).
