What is acne and what is the cause?
Acne is an inflammation process caused by clogged sebaceous glands which secrete oily sebum. Excessive production of sebum is usually caused by the hormone androgen and other lifestyle factors. This oily environment is ideal for bacteria reproduction (Propionibacterium acnes) which are the primary cause triggering the inflammation process. The symptoms include reddening, pain and swelling of the spot; uncomfortable pimples are the result.
What are the other factors causing acne?
There might be a wide range of factors triggering acne such as stress, smoking, diet, medication, hormones or incorrect skincare.
This problem is usually tackled with medication, cosmetics or other aesthetic treatments (laser, peeling or micro-needling). All these methods help to relieve the symptoms and moderate the sign of scarring after an inflamed spot. However, almost none of these modern techniques do not fix the cause of acne.
How can green superfood help?
The cause of acne can correlate with an unhealthy lifestyle, an acidic environment in the body contributing to the inflammation process, a faulty immune system or bacterial skin irritation. Green barley and chlorella play an important role as they are complex preparations which prevent acne.
They flush out the toxins from the body and give us biologically active ingredients such as chlorophyll, amino acids, vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, C, E, K, beta-carotene, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, phosphor, kalium and natrium. Green barley and chlorella are the revolution in diet and they are also rich in enzymes.
The picture is showing acne before and after using greenfood. Chlorella and green barley were consumed for 4 weeks.
What is eczema and what is the cause?
Eczema is an inflammation of the skin (dermatitis), which could be presented in individuals since childhood. Eczema manifests itself as inflamed, red, itchy patches on the skin, and sometimes weeping blisters can often appear. Thickening and colour changes of the skin are typical for the chronic form.
What are the factors causing eczema?
The inflammation is non-infectious, but infections (golden staphylococcus, streptococci, etc.) can often spread on the damaged skin. Eczema can be of allergic or non-allergic origin. Allergic eczema is more common - it is called atopic eczema and it is caused by a reaction to various allergens. The most common include food, pollen, animals, dust, feathers, dust mites, chemicals and drugs. Among the provoking factors aggravating eczema can be found stress, temperature fluctuations, other inflammations in the body, hormonal changes, and exposure of the body to chemicals and drugs.
How can green superfood help?
Greenfood - barley and chlorella act as adaptogens. This means that they support the normal functions of the immune system and help to treat inappropriate reactions to allergens. Their anti-inflammatory effect and skin regeneration are essential for their effects. The consumption of greenfood usually leads to overall better quality of the skin and a reduction in its hypersensitivity. Supporting the immune system helps resolve infections on damaged skin.
Greenfood increases the resistance of the body and mental health. This process causes adequate reactions to overall irritating effects and also green barley and chlorella have a significant beneficial effect on the intestinal environment and the composition of the microflora. Thus, they act simultaneously on several levels and help to solve eczema at the level of the causes. The speed and degree of improvement is individual. There are other factors (e.g. psychosomatic connections) for each user which can also play a role.
Why is immunity important to us?
Immunity is the ability of the organism to defend itself against pathogens originating both from the external environment and from the internal environment of the organism (virus, bacteria, tumour cell). Immunity triggers the body's immune response to pathogens.
Weakened immunity results in more frequent infectious diseases, such as various viruses, flu, bacterial infections such as angina, but also gynecological problems or urinary tract infections.
What does 'improving immunity' look like in practice?
In the area of viral and bacterial diseases, we are getting to a state where we are sick less often than before. Individuals who have often been sick until now, whether they are children or adults, will recognize the biggest change in terms of their health. Another significant effect is a significantly shorter course of illness and recovery. Although we sometimes cannot avoid infections, the body is apparently better at handling them. Supporting immunity means that the body will use its ability to regenerate and to self-heal. Immunity improvement is one of the fastest and most common effects that we can notice in ourselves after adding green food to our diet.
How can green food help?
In the simplest way, we could define it as: A well-cleansed and nourished body works better. It affects all organs and processes in the body, including immunity. Immunity is also made up of cells, influenced by external factors, led by diet and lifestyle. It is the same with the other cells of our body. With a deeper look, we can describe more areas in which green barley and chlorella are involved in supporting a strong and healthy immune system.
Other factors also contribute to the proper functioning of the immune system, which we cannot not always detect scientifically, or we have only partially understood until today. We always have new knowledge in the field of green food and we already know that barley and chlorella are great for immunity. They are not a miracle cure - even with them we can get sick, because other factors also affect us. However, they are always a great support for the body and it is good to reach for them as part of the prevention and support of the treatment of infections.
